Kate Percy - Managing Director

Kate is an experienced consultant and executive advisor with a strong background in leadership roles across the NGO, community, and government sectors. Specialising in policy, privacy, strategy, change, communications, and service development, she has led large-scale projects and built key organisational functions for some of Australia's largest NFPs.
Kate holds deep expertise in privacy, ethics, information, knowledge, outcomes and data, having led these key organisational areas for major service providers. Having served as Principal Privacy Officer for one of Australia’s largest CSOs, Kate has also guided a host of NFPs and commercial enterprises through the GDPR, VPDSS, HSS, APP and ISO compliance, bringing a human rights lens to this work.
With over 12 years of experience in strategic delivery and service development, Kate’s work spans diverse sectors, including Out of Home Care, Refugee Support, Family Violence, Public Health, Education and For-Purpose enterprise. Her approach is grounded in social justice and a commitment to building effective, responsive programs.
As a consultant, Kate brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge, combining reflective practice, clear communication, and a warm, engaging style to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
Adam Percy - Principal/Director

Adam is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in helping high-growth companies enhance their governance, risk, and compliance practices. With a keen ability to navigate regulatory change and support businesses in expanding to new markets, Adam has established himself as a trusted advisor in the legal landscape.
Having served in General Counsel, Special Counsel and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer roles, he brings both domestic and international experience to his practice. Adam’s background in private practice has equipped him with a breadth of experience in contract law, with a particular interest in the tech, data and digital assets.
Known for his thorough, personable, and direct approach, Adam enjoys collaborating with clients across the fintech supply chain. His way of working fosters strong relationships and ensures that his clients receive sound, tailored legal guidance to meet their unique challenges and objectives.
